During the last week the observing schedule was replanned to include a
96 Ks LETG/HRC-S observation of H2356-309. The source was accepted as
a fast turn-around Target Of Opportunity (TOO) on Oct 10 and loads
were replanned and uplinked on Oct 11. An observation of NGC4252 was
reduced in duration to accommodate the TOO and the balance will be
observed as part of a future schedule.
Chandra passed through a 16 minute lunar eclipse on Oct 10 with nominal power and thermal performance. A real-time procedure was conducted following the eclipse on Oct 11 to disable SCS 29. A second real-time procedure was conducted on Oct 11 to update the on-board Ephemeris. The schedule of targets for the next week is shown below. |
