During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned.
Chandra passed through the fourth, fifth and sixth eclipses of the Spring 2003 season on 31 Jan, 3 and 5 of Feb with nominal power and thermal performance. Real-time procedures were run following each eclipse to disable the Momentum Unload subfunction in the flight software to ensure momentum dumps remain under manual control. The observing schedule for next week is shown below. |
