During the last week the observing schedule was replanned to incorporate an observation of NuSTAR J163600-4748.4, which was accepted as a Target of Opportunity on Jun 29. Loads for the replanned schedule were uplinked on Jul 2. A scheduled observation of ESOO506-G027 was impacted by the replan and will be rescheduled in a future week. A real-time procedure was executed on Jul 1 to perform a routine self-check of the Electrical Interface Assembly (EIA) Sequencer. A Chandra image release was issued on Jul 2 describing observations of the star cluster NGC 1333. NGC 1333 is about 780 light years from Earth and contains many young stars. X-rays reveal information about the brightness and other properties of these very young stars. For details see: http://chandra.si.edu/photo/2015/ngc1333/ Of note this week was the release on Jul 1 of CALDB 4.6.8 and CIAO Script package 4.7.3. The CALDB update includes new ACIS time-dependent gain corrections for the period Feb-Apr 2015, updated ones for Nov 2014-Jan 2015, and corrected ones for Nov 2013-Oct 2014. The script package update includes bug fixes for combine_spectra and ecf_calc and adds multi-ObI observation support to merge_obs, reproject_obs, and flux_obs.
